What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function properly, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the service.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused and does not use cookies. It collects anonymous, aggregated data such as page views and visitor counts. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored by this service.

Support Chat

We use HelpScout Beaconfor our support chat widget. HelpScout may store session data in your browser's local storage to maintain your conversation history. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted unless you actively send a support message.

Error Monitoring

We use Sentry to capture browser errors and performance traces from this website so we can diagnose and fix problems. Sentry does not set persistent advertising cookies; it transmits the error payload to *.ingest.us.sentry.io when an error occurs. Before transmission, our error pipeline scrubs email addresses, phone numbers, JWT tokens, and known provider secrets. See our Privacy Policy for what is and is not included in diagnostic reports.

Bot Protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on signup and roadmap/feature-request forms to block automated abuse. The Turnstile widget loads from challenges.cloudflare.com and may set short-lived challenge cookies on its own iframe. Cloudflare receives standard HTTP request data (such as IP address and User-Agent) for the challenge itself. No persistent tracking cookie is set on the SendMate domain.

Fonts

Our website uses the Outfit and Inter typefaces, delivered through Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google Fonts does not set cookies, but Google receives standard HTTP request data (such as IP address and User-Agent) when your browser loads a font.

Third-Party Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking cookies. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies (such as authentication cookies) will prevent you from signing in to your SendMate account.
